Got the Mini Engraver, pretty fun

Yeah, I think for the US they usually ship out pretty quick. Mine was less than a week to Oregon too. They use pretty standard carriers.

From what I hear, xTool is good too, but Wizmaker might be a bit more budget-friendly if that's a factor. For beginners, both seem to have good communities and resources. I think the L1 is great for learning the ropes without breaking the bank.

Yeah they usually do. Check your email, sometimes it goes to spam. It's usually like 20-30 bucks off or something.

I haven't returned a machine myself but I looked it up when I bought mine. They give you a pretty decent window, usually 30 days or so. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging, that usually helps a lot.
